Patrick brings more than 30 years of proven industry expertise supporting the largest recognized brands worldwide. Prior to founding Zero Variance in 2002, Patrick held roles as Chief Technology Officer, Senior VP of Operations, Chief Strategy Officer, and Senior Regulatory Analyst, for a variety of industries driving successful consumer interaction channels. His background includes work with Rockwell International, Sprint, NeoData, APAC, TransCom, and ZTEL. Patrick also served in the United States Air Force as a Space Track and Communications Analyst.
Joining Zero Variance in 2017, Barry brings extensive senior executive experience in various customer engagement roles driving exceptional achievement. He is a recognized leader in driving success in CX, VOC, NPS, and JD Powers results. Barry has led operations, business development, client relationship, and partnership strategy for exceptional companies within the contact center, advertising and direct marketing industries. His extensive background includes West Corporation and Omnicom supporting top tier clients such as AT&T, Chase, Best Buy, Toyota, Time Warner Communications and DirecTV, to name just a few.
A charter employee of Zero Variance, Sarah’s extensive background in every role and discipline of the company uniquely qualify her as an integral driver for delivering client success. Sarah leads all Zero Variance assets worldwide providing exceptional solutions for consumer interaction insight. She has in depth knowledge and expertise in designing and implementing programs that deliver true line of sight for clients into every aspect of their consumer interaction channels. Her broad range of experience ranges across Federal Government, finance, non-profits, telecommunications, affinity marketing, utilities, publishing, and multi-media.
Federico joined Zero Variance in 2006 and leads software development and technical solutions teams delivering engineered solutions for our clients. He has more than 16 years of experience supporting large multinational contact center firms with enterprise software solutions driving sophisticated database administration and reporting solutions. Federico directs Zero Variance development teams in Argentina, Honduras, and Sri Lanka as well as providing corporate oversight for our Latin American operations. He studied system engineering at the UTN University in Cordoba Argentina.
Tim provides strategic advice and direction for clients and partners. He brings over 30 years experience as a senior executive building and managing successful direct marketing businesses in the financial services, insurance, and affinity marketing arenas. He led the financial products business at Sears for 15 years, which included serving as President of several insurance subsidiaries. Tim held similar executive roles at Citigroup and Barclaycard, and has been a consultant to many of the world’s leading banks and related business partners.
A licensed attorney, Josh joined Zero Variance in 2009 and oversees delivery for our finance, insurance, and partner relationships, working with the world’s largest banking and insurance institutions. As our compliance officer, he maintains responsibility for our PCI certifications and SOC requirements as well as supporting our clients with government regulation compliance. Josh holds economics & political science degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado.
Joining Zero Variance in 2008, Jaclyn supports leading U.S.-based telecommunications, multimedia corporations, and non-profit fundraising channels, as a recognized leader providing business analytics that drive CSAT, Net Promoter Scores, JD Power Survey Results, and voice of the Customer. Jaclyn manages an array of U.S. and Latin American resources supporting her initiatives. She holds a BSc in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
Sarah joined Zero Variance in 2007, working with top international telecommunications and multimedia providers. With travel to India, Philippines, Argentina, and Honduras, she successfully integrates our Business Intelligence solutions seamlessly with a variety of client processes across multiple cultures. Sarah holds a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Minnesota.
Nanjappa joined Zero Variance in 2014 supporting our solutions for Membership, Insurance Enhancement, and Loyalty Program Corporations for client partners around the world. Leveraging 10+ years experience in BPO/Contact Center Management and Marketing, Nanjappa leads US and Latin American based Zero Variance resources in delivering business analytics and service assurance driving successful customer interactions and sales transactions. Nanjappa holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rajasthan University and his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
A corporate and tax attorney with over eight years of international client experience in top firms such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Nearshore Americas, Marcela Lopez joined Zero Variance in 2015 as Associate Account Executive. She leads US and Latin American based Zero Variance resources in delivering business intelligence solutions for major clients. Her leadership experience with complex business engagements transfers well to our client service delivery initiatives. Marcela holds a Law Degree from the University of San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
