Mr. Wesenberg brings over 18 years of contact center, operations and quality assurance experience to Zero Variance. He has held upper level management positions in each of these areas for companies such as Sunbeam Products, Results Technologies, Aegis Communications and APAC Customer Services. Terry also holds his Six Sigma black belt certification.
